HVC is a not-for-profit community choir of men and women in the Hillcrest/St. Clair West/Wychwood community of mid-town Toronto.
Since 2003, this 20-member non-auditioned ensemble has enabled amateur singers to improve solo, small-group and choral technique/performance in an open and engaging atmosphere.
Performances include St. Clair West ArtWalk Festival, and three seasonal fundraiser concerts. We are actively collaborating with local community arts groups to enrich the area’s musical tradition.
Members enjoy an eclectic repertoire, which evolves with the interests of the membership. Rehearsals are held September to June, Thursday evenings at Wychwood ArtsBarns (601 Christie Street south of St. Clair).
